Here's a tip, mmmmmmm. You can record the intro then the loop then do some recording to have a full song without SFX. This might work for certain tracks.

Don't know if this would help, especially considering all the unavoidable "speech" SFX in the Super Paper Mario sound test.

Ooooooooooh, that would be interesting. A lot of the tracks are devoid of SFX already, but that would help with those few that have unavoidable SFX during the main game.

The sound room places some restrictions (I think it's that you can only hear one loop) but you can get the songs without SFX. I watched some YouTube videos of some songs that you normally can't get without SFX.

I guess I should hurry up and get all the Things, shouldn't I.

From what I've read, the sound room in the Museum doesn't allow you to listen to boss themes.

The only person I know on YouTube who has uploaded some tracks in pretty much perfect quality and (as far as I know) no SFX, is CSK2E.

And if the in-game sound test only features 'one loop' then, well, if it's possible, you can always just use Audacity/GoldWave/whatever to make it loop twice.

Sure, GilvaSunner has a load of PMSS music, but for starters, they're all mono (ugh).
