Hmmm. Listened to it. After his contribution in Revelations I expected much more. Every track seem to sound the same. Some drum loops, exaggerated synth brass and some basic violins in the back. Could be any generic action score. I think with removing the choir, female vocals and more dramatic stuff this score is almost devoid of emotion. Shame...

Liberation definitely fits more for AC soundtrack, Balfe does write good music, but this AC3 score doesn't have that Jesper Kyd's signature atmospheric/mystery/immersive tracks. The accent here is an epic sound typical for US movies... I don't find it completely right for AC. Like I've said earlier, I have finished AC3 before these OSTs came out, heard the music in-game lol so I've expected more from Liberation score and I was right.
