So I managed to rip and tag the whole OST from Youtube (MeridianGames (http://www.youtube.com/user/MeridianGames)). The quality is pretty good in my opinion.
Hope this is useful to some of you until we get a proper release.

I miss Martin's action pieces, but the epic emocional tracks of Halo 4 are great. And I don't even like Halo very much :D

It is a very fine orchestra score ! Recommended for everyone with orchestration style !

Cheer up ! I would like to help, but really did not have the chance to download it. Saw some loading screens of the games with background music and the music was of a very high quality. As xbox fans know the game is leaked and available at the hands of pirates. So my best guess would be that many OSTs leaked around as well. And of course it is possible to rip the game now.

I'll see where I can upload it, but it will really take a while since my upload speed is just 40 kbps :(

That last minute of 117 made me so happy.

I was mostly meh until around track 7, and that was when it became alright for me. Not a terrible score by any stretch, but it could easily be much better. Instead of getting some band producer to do this, why not get an actual composer - you know, someone who has been trained in orchestral elements, someone who understands the ideas of motifs, melodies, and pacing? That would have gotten us a much better score, I think.

06:05 - 06:30 is a variation of the original Halo Theme.

oh well i heard that , but actually meant the "choir " part ... the part that was on the main menu of Halo CE ( the iconic one ) but i guess Never forget song will have to cover us :/

Let me guess, you tried to open it without 7zip?

Don't be fooled the mp3s out there are simply 128 mp3s originally. Some early people who had access to the composers SoundCloud have ripped the files from there.
