@BCMiami, try using 7Zip to extract and decrypt. Winrar doesn't always work correctly on this file's extension.

The password works to open the zip file but not to unzip it. Has anyone figured this out?

Is there 7-Zip for Mac? Can't seem to get a straight answer via Google. The suggestions I saw were to use Unarchiver to open 7z files on Mac but that program won't unzip this file.
