These are the instrumental tracks I had in my posession prior to phantomman86's posting. Most of these are present on my Lion King set, except for a couple, but I thought it'd be nice to post all the instrumentals I have for The Lion King in one neat package. All are legitimate instrumental tracks, although two come from the DVD but are in good enough quality to be included here.

01 Circle Of Life (Instrumental) (4:03)
02 The Morning Report (Instrumental) (1:36)
03 I Just Can't Wait To Be King (Instrumental) (2:54)
04 Be Prepared (Instrumental) (3:41)
05 Hakuna Matata (Instrumental) (4:04)
06 Can You Feel The Love Tonight (Instrumental) (2:49)
07 Hawaiian War Chant (Instrumental) (0:22)
08 Can You Feel The Love Tonight (End Title Instrumental) (4:02)
09 He Lives In You (Instrumental) [Bonus Track] (4:52)

Thanks for sharing! :-)

Does an official version of the "Circle of Life" choral finale at the end of the movie without vocals exist? I have that piece without vocals, but it's from the 2004 R2 DVD and lacking some instruments. The Blu-ray version isn't clean, unfortunately.

Would love the song instrumentals to "Beauty and the Beast" and "Hunchback of the Notre Dame" as well. Wish you had those as well.

Thanks again for sharing this great music.

Can another link be provided. It appears as if this link has been reported to Mediafire already and they are blocking it :-(

Bastards. I was hoping that by referring to it as Code instead of a direct link I could avoid it. Somebody's obviously been inside the file. I'll try to find another host.

Sadly, no, the reprise doesn't have an instrumental version, and I suspect that it wouldn't even if the sessions were posted.

Just compared yours with mine and mine are noticeable better in quality. I think it's because mine are a first generation MP3 copy from a direct digital source.

Yeah, I do have yours, but I used mine here. There are 4 listed here that weren't in the set I downloaded (two of which were taken from the DVD's channels), so this is more for those than anything else.

I shan't be reuploading. If anybody else wants to try, then sure, why not? But I'm not battling with copyright holders, even if the stuff I posted has been fairly readily available.

Here is another download link (http://www.4shared.com/rar/KwoWiXIK/Instrumens.html).

You will need to sign up with 4shared to download the ZIP. I've never had anything removed from 4shared, but I am not holding my breath. Get it while it lasts.

These tracks don't appear to exist anywhere without the backing vocals, so totally impossible right now.

It exists, I can prove it if you want, but they are not found :(

Yes, probably on the master tapes at Walt Disney but not as a commercial release or a leak.

In any case they are broadcast in a restaurant on the Lion King at Disneyland Paris, I also record live.

Well you find them and upload them then as per the person's request I originally responded to.

I once managed to find a sample of 1 minute on the internet (Hakuna Matata) : Zippyshare.com - Extract 1 Min - Hakuna Matata Instrumental.mp3 (http://www23.zippyshare.com/v/55607738/file.html)

I really don't think you understand what was being asked here or what is available either. Disney released the instrumental versions to the principal songs from the film on cassette and CD back in the 1990s, though they did contain the African backing vocals/rhythmic chants (just not the lead vocals), though these aren't backing vocals in the normal sense of the term, but part of the instrumentals themselves to create the right style for the film - i.e. as per the complete score, which Scorepranos very kindly shared on here a while back now. The song instrumentals themselves, I shared on here a while back now along with a load of others from Beauty and the Beast, Pocahontas and the Hunchback of Notre Dame.
