Journey was/is a PS3 exclusive, originally available through PSN and recently there was a retail disc release of Collector's Edition.

there was an arcade edition of it too some many years ago.

The arcade game with the name "Journey" is in _no_ way related to the PS3 game. Thus it is not a remake.
