Thanks. Despite the obvious Orff and Prokofiev borrowings, this is one of Horner's finest scores.

Just got done watching the film on Bluray. It is truly one of the best war films ever made. James Horner's score only adds to the bravery and selflessness portrayed onscreen. Thank you! Cannot wait to listen to this complete score!

The favourite tracks are The Year Of Jubilee and Charging Fort Wagner despite Horner having literally used Orff's O Fortuna from Carmina Burana for the latter track however, it does work extremely well though.
