According to dissident93, this game was composed by Fumito Tamiyama, and was developed by Graphic Research Co. Ltd. for Vic Tokai.

Speaking of Fumito Tamayama, do you have the soundtracks to his Game Boy RPGs he did for Vic Tokai, which are XERD no Densetsu and Xerd II?
