^i wasn't trying to be a Smarta$$ and hope that isn't sarcasm. i was only trying to help...honestly this whole business of X place gets bonus while everyone else gets regular is a pain in the butt. Especially after what they did with the Afterlife ost. first they released the ost then came back a month later and re-released it on Itunes with bonus tracks. either way main point is i was only trying to help out.

Thank you! Though I must be honest, from what I heard from the samples, the addition of orchestral elements hasn't done much to improve the music, IMO. I liked the non-movie, industrial feel of the 'Afterlife' score.

As much as I love this score, I really wished the versions of the tracks that were actually used in the movie were on this album. Especially "Axemen". The version in the movie was fantastic, and the one on the album is a little lame.

There were some parts I liked, but overall the film was mostly nothing but a load of mindless shooting.
I will say that Flying Through The Air though, is a thing of absolute beauty. Can't stop listening to it.

jigsawjohn2009...hate to ask but did you happen to "acquire" that version of the soundtrack and if so are you or would you be willing to post it...also do you think they are going to re-release the soundtrack again like they did with the Afterlife OST? absolutely hate when they do that. i was going to buy the Afterlife one then a couple weeks later they released the Deluxe Edition on itunes with a ton of remixes and the Rooftop song. either way just curious. also keep us posted if you see it up again. 8-D

Well its probably a filmrip. Which if so would be more preferable than what was actually released. The axemen song might be the film version because there are slight differences in them if you listen to them. I wish they wouldn't change the music and playorders on the soundtracks....I like having soundtracks in order just an ocd thing I have. The only thing that's missing on that tracklist is the Corridor track.

I don't suppose you (or someone) was able to get a copy of that, were you? Been looking everywhere for the expanded score from Retribution.

No it's not. It's "Tokyo Sequence". The actual Toyko reprise from Afterlife is only about 1:15 minutes long in the film (Shibuya square), then comes the whole Tokyo sequence. After Alice's corridor stunt, Ada starts working with Alice.
