some cool stuff. although some of the latter episodes had a bit bland scores. I had high hopes for the Don Davis material, which I remember being very cool in the episode, but on album it's a bit lacking. You can easily tell, that it is Davis, but the restrictions put on the composers by the producers for wallpaper sometimes backfires.

Still, thank you for putting up these wonderful albums!

The bootleg is I think about 2 Minutes longer (including main and end titles) so there's a tiny bit of more material, but the LaLaLand release has a couple of cues that were unused. So I don't really remember if these cues on the bootleg were repeats of other cues or the unused cues as well. Also the audio quality is much better on the LLL-version.

This is true, but when you mark the text with your mouse, you have no more problems to read :-))

And, although I take your point, on the Timewarp is is easy to see, and looks nice to me. The brighter yellow notes on new links also helps me keep track. The links themselves are coded, but in standard color, so themselves ought to be easy enough. Not dismissing you, I thought about it but I prefer this. Plus, I don't really feel like going back in and redoing all the post.

Lye, I have never seen any real promos for Voyager or Ds9. All there is are the officially released albums for the premiers, Emissary and Caretaker. Robert Jordan posted a DS9 track. And the Best of Trek albums each have a coupled of DS9 and Voyager tracks. Other than that, I have not seen anything, and folks I talk to tell me they haven't seen anything.

I'm watching "Encounter at Farpoint" and comparing it with the CD, and there is a bit of music missing from the CD. I'm surprised. It would be nice to see a "Recording sessions" for that, since that seems to be the only way to get all the music.

For what it's worth, here's a list of the tracks in "Encounter at Farpoint" in transmission order, with M numbers (I'm guessing.):

I went through the "Yesterday's Enterprise" bootleg and compared it to the episode. Here's a list of the tracks that I heard. There are quite a few that are on the bootleg but not in the episode. I wouldn't hazard to guess where the tracks are supposed to go. They might be alternate takes or unused cues. I used the track names from the TNG Volume III release where appropriate.

Bootleg tracks 3,4, 7, 12, 19, 23 and 26 are not in the episode.
Bootleg tracks 27 and 28 appear to be sound effects.
Bootleg track 29 appears to be a suite of the music from the STTNG volume III CD.

What I wish I could get my hands on is Dennis McCarthy's music for S07E08, "Attached". The last three minutes or so of that episode is some of the most gorgeous music writing in the whole Star Trek franchise.
