Hmm... well~ with the help of oh-so-awesome Google trans and poor knowledge of kanji I found out that downloading is easy but to see the password you have to pay two "forum coins/credits" to the uploader. -_-

My guess is one can get such credits by registering (and uploading something/writing XX posts) and then mods will give you credits for them. To be frank, it's a very stupid system.
