Ever since I played Ape Escape 3 for the first time not that long ago (been missin' out) I had hoped there will be an official soundtrack, but there was only a gamerip (which was good, but still).
And now there's this album, which from what I know is full of upgraded music from the game. Improvements have been made and all.

The producers tried to make it even more "brilliant" with a convoluted explanation to "Origisaru", check the VGMDB page.

The "Originape Soundtracks" are not really "remixes" in the usual sense of the word. I'm not sure what you'd call these--they don't sound exactly like they did in the games, true, but they're not what I'd consider drastically different, either.

And, for what it's worth, I prefer the Ape Escape and Pumped & Primed soundtracks to the Ape Escape 3 soundtrack.
