Okay, so I'm at the part right before you start to face Vegnagun, where you have to jump around the platforms, hitting all the notes in the right order. I messed up. I saved after I messed up, and I can't find a way to reset the thing so that I can play the notes in the correct order and progress in the game. What can I do?

theres a platform or something like that on the ground level where the save is and you step on it and it will reset. i cant remember exactly, but its around there somewhere. if that helps any.

Yes, it's just a little farther along the path past the save point, I believe it looks like the rest of the pads, so it shouldn't be too much of a hassle to find. Or, if your characters are really good, you can just say "ah, forget this nonsense" and go beat up on Azi Dahaka. That'll work too.

hehe, I kinda missed this the first time I tried it out, but a friend remember how dang talkative the watcher is while you're digging in Bikanel. Talk to the watcher flying around and select "reset the melody". It'll reset the puzzle so you can try it again.

My lowest level is 74 and he still owned me last time I fought him. I could always try again though- this platform hopping thing is all kinds of frusterating.

74 should be enough to beat it. Haste all of your characters and regen if you want and pull out your best attacks and skills. Maybe use a special dressphere and go at for a while. Do you have Mascot or anything that lets you break HP or damage limits?

no, this is my first time through and I'm playing it without using an faq or anything like that, so I never got the mascot dresssphere. I'll use my special dressspheres, though.

Okay, good luck. Here's another idea: go down to the Via Infinito in Bevelle and beat the boss on Level 40 and get yourself the Cat Nip, which does 9999 damage when you're in critical status. Then pull a Trigger Happy on Azi Dahaka with a girl in critical and you're done. In fact, you should probably do that anyway, it'd be really nice to have it in your New Game Plus. Anything else you can get from Via Infinito too now would be good, since everything carries through as many games as you play and some of the stuff from down there is unique.
