I thought I'd just like to share this since I couldn't really find it anywhere except on youtube. Which irked the hell out of me.
I ripped the files myself straight from the *.vpk file using gcfScape. One thing to note is that some files are already in the .mp3 format (some encoded with iTunes @ 160kbps CBR) and others being PCM .wav files.
The .wav files are encoded with LAME v3.99 -v0 to .mp3, while the original .mp3 files remain untouched other than for tagging.

All of these songs were found in the */music/ folder of the *.vpk with the exceptions of the untitled test music (found in */ambiance) and Prehorn (The International 2011 vers.) from someone who ripped it straight from own3d's 2011 The International stream.

This is the full collection of songs and stingers as of 2012-07-12 (July 12, 2012). Nearly fully tagged and includes a cover, which is basically just Valve's own Dota 2 logo. Titles come from the filenames, meaning that there is no Stinger #1-2 and the like. Should there be more tracks added (No doubt there will be), this will also get updated.

Also, if you are a fan of MOBA/AoS games such as classic DOTA, HoN or League of Legends, I suggest checking Dota 2 out if you are able to opt into the closed beta or you have money to spare, you can buy into the closed beta right now at a discount since Valve is doing their summer sale.
