The most intriguing thing about the music in these collections, is not only that they have given us brand new tracks, but the Menu BGMs are actually composed using the instrument sets of the original games for the most part, a real treat if you're a longtime SEGA fan like myself.

Also included in the package I have ripped all the wallpaper artwork they included in the game, each game has 3-5 wallpapers, a real nice touch. The only downside is they are pretty low quality, as the in-game art viewer automatically fades the screen. So I had to touch them up as best as I could in Photoshop. but hey beggers can't be choosers right?

This game was produced by M2, Namiki is working as a sound director there right now. I wonder if he's the composer for these tracks?

Very vintage indeed. Listened to some files and definitely good. The music is the same in-game than the older releases? I mean, there is no difference in the soundtracks for each game?

Yes AFMG everything else about the games is intact, these brand new BGM tracks and wallpapers are just a bonus. It's a shame they didn't add ToeJam & Earl to the collection. They should make a new one with Earthworm Jim, Toejam & Earl, and Kid Chameleon lol

Were these really ripped from the games file, or were they actually recorded whilst the game was running? I'm having the hardest time ever trying to figure out how to convert the game's music files (.psb) into a playable format. If you did rip then mind sharing how you converted them?
