I heard from someone the original, Japanese HNK VHS tape of the film was uncut, but I wanted to know from someone who owns that version of the VHS. Does anyone know?

It's not; there's never been a commercially released uncut version on both sides of the world. Garish bootleg copies do exist, you need to go to Japan to actually get it.
