How come I never had enough $$$ in this game? I know that is stupid to be poor in a RPG game....
BUT I DONT KNOW WHY AND I NEED MONEY! (only in FFX)

The first time I played I never had enough money either, but the second time around I spent a LOT of time training the characters and so got more gil as well.

Just a little tip: if you've got the airship you can go to the Omega Dungeons. When entering a battle with the lizard species, there's always (at least, as far as I know) a treasure chest next to it. Often it contains mega potions and the like, but sometimes the treasure chest reveals a fiend called Mimic when you try to steal. If you beat it, you get 50,000 gil. 100,000 if you have the Gillionaire ability. ^_^

Money, money, money, money, money, money! Some people got
to have it / Some people really need it...

The main reason for wanting lots of gil in this game is Bribe, since it lets you get so much cool stuff you couldn't get otherwise. Here's the money-making trick I used:

Buy four slotted armor from Kilika with HP +5% on it and then overkill Kottos in the Monster Arena to get forty Healing Springs per overkill. (He sometimes drops 2 Dark Matters, but that's rare.) Use those to customize SOS Regen onto the armor you bought and then you can sell it back for around 60 times or more what you paid for it. Awesome way to make money fast.

Although I had little money at all for a long time in FFX, it's rather easy getting a lot of money. A lot easier than in other FF's I think.

Go with Nymph's advice. Mimics. i did xD

yup, the Mimic method is by far the most effective and straightforward way to earn gil. Note that each mimic has a certain weakness which you must learn and exploit, though, otherwise it'll take an absurbly long time to take it down.
