Final Fantasy 8 Genesis.zip - 4shared.com - online file sharing and storage - download (http://www.4shared.com/zip/MvWyea3Q/Final_Fantasy_8_Genesis.html)

Apart from the airship and final boss themes, I never cared for 8's soundtrack. But here it is for anyone that wants it, the entire Final Fantasy VIII soundtrack like you remember it from when you first picked up that SEGA Genesis controller and started playing.

Everything from my previous Genesis Final Fantasy uploads still applies here. High quality MP3 from soundfont-applied MIDIs, 4shared, download at your own desire, bla bla bla.

If you want to know anything about how I make these, just reply in the thread and I'll answer when I feel like it. Don't worry, I'm on here pretty often, so I'll probably respond on the day or the day after you post.

Again, I'm not posting these for anyone's 'thank you', I guess these are sort of my way of thanking everyone whom I ever downloaded a soundtrack from and didn't thank. Yeah, this goes out to you guys.

NOTE: To whom it may concern, Final Fantasy 8 was originally a game for the PlayStation home console, not the SEGA Genesis. The above description is a work of fiction designed as a subtle joke, the likes of which some find more confusing than anything else.

Did i missed something ?
Final Fantasy VIII (8) was 1999, and the Genesis was from 1988-1995.

When I first saw the title 'FFVIII' and 'Genesis' together, I thought, "oh goddess, not another pirated game which someone wants the OST for". But then I realized this is just a fan arrangement using an emulated version of the Genesis's sound chip used to arrange FFVIII's OST. An interesting idea.

Thanks, I thought so, too. Unfortunately, my hardcore fan stepdad did not. "Why would you ruin them like that?"

Well, because I like how it sounds and just to see his reaction.

Just a joke, no worries.

Um... I get "unexpected end of archive" when I open up the zip file in WinRAR...

Can WinRAR do .zip? I used ALZip to compress, and I also highly recommend the program. You can get it for free by searching for it at CNET.com's download section.
