Go to project 2612 (google it), download all of the ost's, get foobar2000 (google that as well), get the plugin that plays the files, and enjoy!

Just know that a lot, if not all of the soundtracks are outdated and in need of a huge update. The mods there have all moved on, so it's only me and a few others (with no FTP access, so we're stuck). But the files themselves play fine, if you don't care about outdated/wrong tag info. :P
