John Williams (Home made Complete Score Reference / Whith SFX & Dialogue)

Please refer to this Thread = Thread 209806

Hello all,
this is my first post... Fan of Maestro the John Williams, I did some home work last night.
Please find an "essay" to make some kind of album reference for a possible Complete Score edit with "No SFX".... in the future.
If someone will have the opportunity to create it.

Sorry, for this Unofficial album which contain SFX & Dialogues but it is composed by all musical tracks from
the Dracula movie. One hour and an alf Score compare to the short Official Album of the score.

You can invert the right track (both tracks must be set in mono) to delete the center track. Then save that to an audio file.

To get someting that sounds like stereo, you must duplify the newly made audio track, and let the left track start 0.01 sec. later than the right track, and then make a stereo combination. Then pan the whole thing 20% to the left.

Or you could use the psuedo-stereo plugin.

Center Channel is mono (looks completly equal as a R/L mixdown)
Channel L & R are already in Stereo

I think it is not possible to erase dialogue parts...

Rip the whole stereo file (including the center channel), then take the left channel and invert it, and the dialogue should be gone or reduced.

or use Vocal/center pan remover.

thank you for this one ; i always found that the official soundtrack release was a bit short... strange that, given the composer's fame, a decent and complete score presentation hasn't been made available yet !
that's ok with the dialogues and sfx, this is the price to pay when you want to hear every note of the score...

DRACULA is one of my favourite scores. Lucky enough to meet the maestro once and got him to sign my old DRACULA LPs.

Cool, another great addition to our collections. And it was a good idea to include also the complete soundtrack in a single file, either the last mp3 track on the archive or the original AC3 shared later. That makes possible to create different playlists for it using .cue files, to, for example, being able to play/jump the same sections of your edit, of a "mutilated" version without dialogues or of the full movie sound track. Of course, this is easier said than done -and I don't plan to try it soon- but having that big track, the possibility exists.

Thanks a ton for your thorough work on this and other shares.

Would it be possible to re-upload this? I'm quite surprised it's very hard to get this wonderful expanded score.
