tried searching on this forum but most of the links are to its music cd and other media
just looking for the actual music used in the game (saturn or arcade version).

Saturn version (http://ssf.joshw.info/v/Virtua%20Fighter%202%20(1995)(Sega%20AM2)(Sega)%5b Streams%5d.zip) (from here (http://ssf.joshw.info/v/)). From what it seems it originally used CD Audio but I can`t help you with this. Maybe they have it also stored in lossless but you`ll have to go and ask on their forum.
