On VGMdb, MiL� has it in his collection! I wrote him (asked him before i found out :)).

MiL� had it in his dungeon in a chest and he was kind enough to look for it for us and he ripped it at midnight!

I don't know of an mp3 version. You should try and learn the art of converting music files.
