According to cdjapan.co.jp at least the limited editions of DVD/BluRay Vol.5 will have a soundtrack CD.

Normally Koh Ohtani releases a full soundtrack.... this is tehfirst I time I see it with a dvd :/

More and more anime OSTs gets this enclosure thing - CD only with DVD/Bluray... Me don't likes it :(
Sometimes is so ridiculous like Deadman Wonderland: 5-6 volumes, each with CD consisting of six tracks less than 10 min playing time, I mean please...

You think that's bad, try Nichijou. ELEVEN bonus CDs and counting, each with about four or five minutes of score. Utter joke.

Kuroshitsuji CD's that came with the dvds had Exclusive tracks that were not in the stand alone released CD. That is so stupid, not to mention they really want you to make you even buy shit you do not want just because you want to get the soundtrack CDs.
The same was done with Yasuharu Takanashi's SHIKI.

Koh Ohtani has been very faithfull to his fans. And he has refused a lot of contracts in anime soundtracks just because even him is tired of anime merchandising that has been going in the sexploitation thing. He chooses what animes he will make soundtracks. Even if some studio pays him a lot of cash he refuses. Integrity & Ethic is a serious business for him.
Thank god he still is in Shakugan no Shana III. At first this anime was not really in my list to see it. I was only curious because of the soundtrack, and I was really expecting Lolicon stuff. But, The plot is great (in my opinion) and it is also very deep in teh characters evolution. This is what makes me like anime WHEN well done. What Japanese use to do it in old times.
the big Breast Blond girl in "shana" made Koh Ohtani refuse it at first to make the soundtrack, but it was explained to him by the creator that Marjorie Daw (whatever her name XD) was not going to have AT ALL anykind of jokes with a her breast, since this is serious story. I think you only had 2 times where her breast her bit joked, but seeing 44 episodes (season1 & season2) and only in 2 episodes in really brief moments you see that, it really is not that bad.
NOt like Deset Punk anime. At first I was liking it, but I stopped to see it because the jokes of the big breast of a certain girl were hitting the edge of unreasonable and disrespect towards it-
I was feeling they wanted to Hipnotize me with "Brainwashed" with Big Breasts- XDXD

Back to the topic XD

I hope he does release a full complete soundtrack for this anime, and please not letting any exlclusive tracks onteh dvd bonus.- :(
