Hmmmm... Hope I do not have this.

I got the full game from steam and, apparently, the demo didn't have ALL of the tracks. Here's the rest of soundtrack.

Hmm,where is the KA 2 battle 02 or Ka 2 battle 03?It seems you had missed some tracks,anyhow,thank you all the same!

That's all I could find. I don't know why the tracks are named like the way they are now, but that's the way the tracks came out. It may be a mistake that someone made, but didn't bother checking when they were naming the tracks.
