I believe it is "Signal to Noise" by Peter Gabriel. I looked it up a while ago cause I really liked it and I downloaded it. I'm talking about the 2003 version, the better one.

Yup, that's the one. I love Jessica Biel. It's "Signal to Noise". I know you think it wouldn't be a Peter Gabriel song (or an actual SONG, no less) but I assure you it is. It also sounds slightly different in the trailer
