Unfortunately it won't help; deletions and account suspensions come about by the mere proximity of your link to "infringing terminology". It doesn't matter a monkey's arse what's actually in the file; what matters is automated software has spotted your link on a forum nearby some keywords that suggest the link may infringe copyright.

I could post "MASSEFFECT2.RAR" with nothing but snaps of my holiday at the seaside- and it gets deleted all the same. Humans are rarely involved.
