Can you upload the soundtracks to Telenet's Cosmic Fantasy games? Their games contain both PSG and CD-Redbook audio. Is there a way you can extract both from the game and make it into the soundtracks?

I felt a twinge of hope when someone asked for Cosmic Fantasy and you said you'll think about it. As far as I know, no one has ever ripped it anywhere yet

which version? I have two soundtracks in the series but not sure which one you are looking for.

Cosmic Fantasy 1 for PC Engine. There are a few CD data tracks including a vocal song by Nishimura Tomomi, I have those. But most of the music from the game is PSG or 'internal data' which is only accessible by ripping the files (or actually playing the game, no sound test though).

If you have a couple soundtracks from Cosmic Fantasy but aren't sure which comes from what game, this one in particular would be obvious because there would be a few high quality songs and the rest sounding like they came from an NES.

That is true, and I do want both from all 4 games. And there is something else- does anyone have the PC Engine soundtracks to both of the Startling Odyssey games?
