Thank you very much for this!

I do wonder, which actually sounds better in terms of quality? LazyUSF with foobar, or 64th Note with Winamp?

The timing of most of the tracks are only 3:05.

If you're going for 2 loops, with about 10 second fade out, then some of the times that you should have are:
River of Souls - 9:40
Death Marshes - 19:00
Lair of the Blind Ones - 19:12
Hive of the Mantids - 17:30
Primagen's Lightship - 11:14

I haven't looked at all of them, but as you can see, most of the music is extremely long.

I got the usf file from zophars domain I didnt make it myself. If what your saying is tru than I'd like to get my hands on a rip that has the full tracks. Also is it the same case for turok 1 (Thread 112351)?

Sometimes the rippers don't set play times.

It sounds like the problem is YOU keeping the plugins default play time instead of doing your research on how long the tracks actually are. Go into the plugin options and set the default play time to 20 minutes and listen through the tracks.

I'm listening to the Turok 2 USF from Zophar's right now, and indeed it sounds like "Death Marshes" loops around 9:20 (it's a lot longer than 3:05, anyway).

I didnt realize you could do that ill have to check it out cause i really like this soundtrack, didn't know the tracks were longer.

And then when you find the proper length, open up the track's miniusf in a text editor and add the time with:

length=0:00.000
fade=10

And it's possible the rip may have things wrong with it. Like missing instrument channels and stuff. Iono. Maybe bring it to the attention of the ripper if you notice anything weird.

I just use Winamp, and edit them like that, but however you do it, doesn't matter.

How I found the lengths, however, was to actually set them to play long enough to that I recognized the loop, and then have it play for a 2nd loop.

Here's what I got for the lengths for roughly 2 loops for all 19 tracks:

Intro - 0:32
Title - 1:46
Port of Adia - 10:16
Totem 1 - 5:20
River of Souls - 9:37
Totem 2 - 2:47
Adon Hub - 2:05
Save Game - 1:14
Death Marshes - 19:00
Sacred Feather - 0:57
Lair of the Blind Ones - 19:10
Blind One Boss - 4:03
Intro to the Hive - 2:10
Hive of the Mantids - 17:30
Mantid/Primagen Boss - 3:12
Oblivion Lair - 1:06
Primagen's Lightship - 10:49
Mother Boss - 2:24
Oblivion - 19:30

The last one, doesn't actually loop twice at 19:30 (or whatever). There is no clear loop point of this song.
Trust me, I'm not exaggerating when I say I set it to play for about 3-5 hours, and while not actually listening that long, I listened to bits looking for a loop point, and even after about 5 hours, it doesn't even loop. The full length of a single loop could be anything up to literally a year, assuming there is a point where all the instrument sections loop at the same time, otherwise, if they're randomly programmed to start and stop, then there's no clear loop, a bit like the Hyrule Field theme in Ocarina of Time. In the game, each of the 14-second segments are randomly played, as you know (of course, the official soundtrack has them in a specific order which goes together perfectly).
Keep in mind I had a 10 second fade out on most of these tracks, so for example, Port of Adia would be 10:06 with a 10 second fade out.

I got the track lengths, by finding the end of the first loop, and then, for those who know what I'm talking about, I made BRSTMs of those, with loop points, set vgmstream to play for 2 loops, and 10 second fade out, and those are the track lengths that I got.

Im gonna have to learn how to do that.

It's very simple.

In foobar, for each file, Right Click, Tagging, Edit Length.

You can edit the actual length, and also add fade out.

For 10 seconds put :10 or 0:10, although just '10' should be OK.

OK, so using the Violence Killer Turok New Generation soundtrack, here's roughly what I got for the stage themes, which is more accurate than the other times I listed. The times do not include the 10 second fade-out.

Port of Adia = 10:22 (with a 10 second fade-out, it'll be 10:32); loops from 0:35 - 5:29
River of Souls = 9:37; loops from 0:46 - 5:07
Death Marshes = 18:49, loops from 2:18 - 10:28
Lair of the Blind Ones = 14:24; loops from 0:09 - 7:12
Hive of the Mantids = 17:35; loops from 5:27 - 11:26
Primagen's Lightship = 11:00; loops from 1:05 - 5:57

Yeah, Death Marshes loops at 10:28, even longer than what KGN-004 thought.
