I remember the System Shock OST being extremely atmospheric und interesting. There are a lot of so called OSTs available out there, but all of those I found yet are really poor in quality and sound like cheap MIDI. I don't think that there's an official OST available, but maybe someone has good MT-32 quality versions of the ingame tracks?
