Hmmmm, the fact that the extra tracks are from a Facebook game makes me seriously skeptical of their quality but ill give it a shot.

EDIT: Well I gave it a listen, and the quality could actually be quite good from the facebook game if the person (who clearly recorded these BADLY) had better technology. Im sorry but I cant get past that god awful hissing, unless of course that is apart of the game that couldn't be taken out, in which case i'll deal with it, but if the hissing is a technical error that can be fixed, then shoot me a link to that facebook game and ill rip them.

when i ripped the 7 minute track from facebook... the bit rate was only 96 :( but it's better than nothing.. finally have "Second Shot Better"

No, it's not just the mix, if you listen to it closely, the synths used sound totally different, I'm sure it's a completely different version, like it was re-recorded, or covered.

it was sampled... so of course it's a different version... they probably had to give it credit since it wasnt JNH's original score

Since it wasn't on the OST, the answer is it's not available, typically something like that there's copyright issues, because even though it's a new version by James Newton Howard it's still originally by someone else, and it's not TOO drastically different so there could be issues with that, and they may have only gotten it licensed and the deal worked out to use it in the movie, having it released on a disc and being bought is a whole other issue, so unless the recording sessions leak, this may never see the light of day (SFX free anyways)

It IS Horn Of Plenty, just a different arrangement of it, because Horn of Plenty was composed as the Capitol's Anthem, it's their theme, it's just a different arrangement in that video at the reaping, you know like how the Harry Potter theme is Hedwig's Theme, but it's arranged different and performed differently based on where it's used. Still technically "Horn of Plenty" just not the same arrangment or performance...but to answer you're question no it isn't released anywhere yet.
