At the risk of sounding like a complete idiot... once I have opened the file(s) with 7zip, is there a way to separate the tracks to make into MP3s?

yup. load the cue file in foobar (it's free, use it, it rocks :D), it should load the flac file but separate the tracks. select them all, right click>convert>"..." (choose your settings), and then click on "convert" in the down part of the conversion settings window. works like a charm.

I'd recommend a VBR-V0 conversion, personnally ;)

I was just thinking, while listening to this, how much it sounds in places like other Safan scores, particularly Remo Williams.

So excited to find this! I got part 2 from depositfiles, but the part 1 link is no longer working. Can anybody re-up the first part of the archive file? I'd be forever in your debt!
