The fact it's an MP3 means nothing, even the bitrate doesn't indicate for sure what the original source was.

Foobar seems to think this is vbr around 128kbps although windows sees it as vbr v-2 (around 192kbps) so it is hard to say. Still its good enough for a sampling of the score.

VBR~5 Between 90kbps-143Kbps fine for sampling to decide if it's worth buying.

Yea, the dl link showed it as being around 64mb or so. Thank you, I was getting a little curious to hear a bit of it. What with being bombarded by adds for it every 20 seconds or so...

Well you stated you downloaded it from Amazon which is 256kbps give or take, so had it been uploaded at that rate it would have been about 129MB or so, almost twice the size.

So by converting it with Soundtaxi down to 64MB it did save you a bit of time on the upload.
