Hmm,
When I was a kid, The Great Race.
As a teenager, Star Wars.
Now... I don't have a favorite film anymore, and trying to list them all would take days. So here's a representative sample in roughly chronological order:
Captain Blood, the first four Thin Man movies, The 39 Steps, Citizen Kane, The Maltese Falcon, Rope, The Big Heat, A Christmas Carol (1951), The Lavender Hill Mob, The Knack (and How to Get It), Seven Days in May, The Train, Juggernaut, The Godfather (parts 1 and 2), Star Wars (still,) The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai, Totoro, The Hunt for Red October, Aliens, Romy and Michelle's High School Reunion, Noises Off, Bowfinger, Tokyo Godfathers, Aqua Teen Hunger Force Colon Movie Film for Theaters, Up
There's a bunch more of important ones that have slipped my mind, but hopefully you get the idea.

Of all the movies you named, I have only seen Star Wars. I've heard of some others that you mentioned. Just never saw them.

When I was a kid (in the 80's, imo the BEST era for movies and music): MegaForce, Star Wars Trilogy (I know the first came out in 1977, but I first saw it in '82 along with Empire Strikes Back. Following year saw Return of the Jedi at a drive in with my family), Krull, Conan The Barbarian, Red Sonja, Predator, Terminator, Police Academy series, The Cannonball Run, The Cannonball Run II, Smokey and the Bandit Trilogy and The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai Across The Eighth Dimension. My ultimate favorite movie, was the animated feature The Transformers, The Movie released in 1986.

As a teen in the 90's: Predator 2, The Hunt for Red October, Aliens Special Edition, Young Frankenstein (Discovered this around 95... classic), Speed, Bram Stoker's Dracula, Highlander, Highlander III: The Sorceror, M*A*S*H (discovered around 97), Patriot Games, Clear and Present Danger and many more.

Now: Thor, Red Dog, Red Cliff, Three Kingdoms: Fate of the Dragon, Pirates of the Caribbean Quadrilogy, Super Troopers, Club Dread, Beerfest, Evan Almighty, Blackhawk Down, Con Air as well as a lot more.

Favorite Move Series: Police Academy, Star Trek.

Those are only ones I can actually see in my DVD collection at the moment, as I do have a lot more.

I still love the classic Disney movies from my childhood, with Beauty and the Beast, Pinocchio, Cinderella, and Aladdin currently at the top of my list.

Also, currently, my favorite film of all time is Little Shop of Horrors, with or without the original ending. It's the only movie I can pop in my DVD player no matter what, sit down, and watch all the way through, multiple times in a row, and it never gets old.

Kid: The Lion King, a whole bunch of Disney movies, Star Wars, the Super Mario Bros. Movie, the Alvin and the Chipmunks movies, and some others, but The Lion King was my absolute favorite!

Teen: Underworld, Underworld Evolution, the Japanese Godzilla movies, Dragonheart, and was really into dragon and werewolf movies.

Now: The Lion King (got back into it after not seeing it for a long time), Wreck-It-Ralph, Back To The Future, Kill Bill Vol.1+2, Star Wars, Rush Hour 1+2, Underworld movies (all 4), Total Recall (1990 and 2012), Terminator, The Avengers, Space Balls, Scary Movie 1-4, Resident Evil Degeneration and Damnation, Clash of the Titans (2010), Wrath of the Titans, Halloween, and more probably.
