what do you think is THE best minigame or sub quest out of all the final fantasys?

i think that 7 has the best, i love jus wonderin around gold saucer. I think the best is the snowboarding one or the motorbike one.

there r loads of other good ones though

Most rewarding by far in my opinion is Final Fantasy IX's chocobo quests. But Final Fantasy VII definitely had some of the most fun ones.

Well, technically it can't be seen as a mini-game, but in another perspective it's a mini game... especially if you try to collect them all. ^^;
FFVIII's card game XD

The card game's in both IX and VIII are addictive... And pretty good. But FFVII's the best for other sidequests, or ones that I enjoyed at least....

I like ff8's card game, with the Card Queen quest and CC group and all that. And just it's sidequests in general... they're all good.

I like the gold saucer games too.

I've always liked the snowboarding game in FF7.

I like Chocobo Racing in Golden Saucer and the Battle Arena in FF7 tho FF9's jumping rope agme would pretty much do it for me ;P.

The card game in FFVIII was very good, although I thought 'Tetra master' sucked. I also enjoyed all of the Weapon fighting in FFVII and VIII. The most irritating mini game has to be the lightening dodging in FFX. I remember I got to 187 (out of 200) and got hit. I screamed.

FFVIII's Card game, I had alot of fun playing this and FFVII's Motor cycle and Snowboarding games were aweseome.

I liked FF7's Chocobo Breeding/Racing and FF8's Triple Triad games the best. Both were far too addictive :D

<font color=red face="comic sans ms">Blitzball was the most enjoyable for me, I still occasoinally go back and play it sometimes just for fun.

Apart from that, Triple Triad in FF8 and the snowboarding game in FF7.

The snowboarding game in FFVII and the card game in FFVIII i managed to get all the cards in dat one!:D

I actually thought that FFVII's snowboarding game was the most enjoyable, with 2 or 3 different modes (forgot exactly..) as well as 3 different courses.

You know what's cool? Sphere Break, it makes you think! ^^;

Sphere Break? I haven't heard of that one. Is that one from Tactics or one of those?


Edit - Sorry, I know what you're talking about now. Stupid, stupid, stupid on my part. "Sphere" - I should have realized it's from FFX-2. I haven't played it yet.
