If you could travel to any Final Fantasy universe, which one/s would you most want to go to and please
say why, in terms of what you'd (humorously or seriously) get up to there.

Because most FF worlds end up going to on a slow ride to hell in a handbasket by the end, I'd probably go for the FF world which is probably the most stable - FFVIII's world. As long as the Lunar Cry doesn't occur, it's a pretty mundane place to live actually (especially in places like Balamb or Winhill). Nice and quiet. :)

Otherwise, I'd say Vana'diel from FFXI would pretty cool to visit too, although I think I'd be driven to despair hearing tarutarus' stupid childspeak after a while. :P

Like Enkidoh, I'd say FFVIII as well. It's world is pretty sane, in comparison to others. But I'd say Vana'diel from FFXI would be my first choice... some SeeD, but Mithra make Vana'diel more appealing to me.

I'd say FF12, because it feels the most complete and fully realised of the worlds. The game is set in one small region of a much larger world map, and that gives it a much greater sense of scale and importance than the 'This is the world - all of it' that you get with the other game's world maps. Both FF12 and FF13 win points from me by making their airships look like proper spaceships. That just looks awesome IMO.

Spira or Cocoon/Pulse. Both are pretty stable and have decent tech.

Spira or Ivalice would be my first choice :)

Gaia from IX, for the sole reason of training my chocobo to be the best treasure hunter/seeker/digger in the entire world(s). Plus I would get to hear the beautiful Vamo Alla Flamenco all the time.

Can i cheat a bit and say Dissidia? Just so i'd get to see everyone stuck in eternal war and happily giggle at Kefka as he walks into battle. Assuming he has no way to obliterate me, of course. Otherwise i would be nowhere near those fights.
Assuming i can't pick Dissidia (my heart is broken) i'd go with Ivalice, just because i love the towns in general. If i had to pick it would be Bhujerba, or Rabanastre (preferably before the invasion by Archadia) to live in

Spira, definitely.
I've always loved the atmosphere of Besaid and Kilika.
And if they would play the BG music from the game over a loud speaker 24/7 it would be heaven.

Second choice would be to set up a home in the Sunleth Waterscape from XIII. so peaceful

FFVII: At the end, I'll find the supreme happiness.

Though I love FF8 I'd have to choose Spira.
I don't need the world to be that much high-tech and I'd go around tracking all the characters from the game :)

i would probably pick ivalis from FFT.

the chances of me being someone there are slim, so im just a normal person living my everyday life, reading the news of the war in my home.

Well I've only played FFX, so that's what I'd choose. I would probably explore and eat lots of different foods.

I'm torn between FFVII's world and FFVIII. VII because of it's neo / steampunk stylistic elements and of course who can forget the goldsaucer? VIII for its whole 'garden' concept and the fact that as someone mentioned previously, feels more stable when compared to other worlds.

Vana'diel as it's my favorite FF world, Ivalice would be second.

I despise Lightning. Still, to each their own. I like both catgirl races from FFXI and FFXIV.

Okay, I think we've argued on which is the prettiest catgirl race long enough - if you'd like to continue that please make a seperate thread on that topic. Let's keep this thread on track (and as the last word, mithra are more primitive and bestial than miqo'te, which are pretty much just human girls with cat ears and a tail (not to mention miqo'te males have far greater freedom than mithra men). ;))

Final Fantasy IX. It has Hippo and Lion people walking around. Need I say anymore?

Definitely ivalice in either XII or tactics. X also has some really beautiful places i would love to live
