It didnt stick to the FF theme!!! it was more of starcraft and starshiip troopers tat kinda thin.. thru out the movie i didnt sense any brush of FF in it.. *sigh* lets hope AC proves us all wrong..

THEY TOOK GIA THEORY FROM FF7!!!!!!!The Gia theory is so similar to to the Lifestream and Planet thing from FF7 that I could PUKE! And it wasn't all THAT bad was it? I liked it. It was gooood, I liked the whole story behind it to.

I never woulda guess that Cloud and Tidus would be similar. But they look a bit different...eh..I guess its just me. I always wonder what Cloud would look like in a cg style type but maybe SquareEnix shoulda kept Cloud like Cloud in FFVII.

Well, Cloud didn't look so bad in Kingdom Hearts (Sephiroth looked better of cause) but he was more cartoon-like there. His voice was actually alright there too. God help Square-Enix if he sounds like gay Tidus. Can't emphisise enough how much i didn't like him.

Well It looks like Cloud needs more gel in his hair if you ask me. He looks more like Tidus then from FFVII, but The Cloud I remember kind of had the hair of Goku (Super Sayian) from DBZ. It doesn't really matter how he looks, it's all about the Storyline anyway.

Well, you can kinda notice some differences, like Cloud's eyes are bigger in AC than the pic of Tidus(well, Tidus is Asian-looking, duh). And the face frame looks a little rounder on Cloud. Other than that, damn SE for this. I always imagined Cloud to have sharper features than that of Tidus. :notgood:

Well...Hopefully FFVII:AC will be good. I mean...I didn't mind the one from Kingdom Hearts...The Cloud from KH was great. But SquareEnix should work on the voiceactors. A good voice acting is everything to making the movie or game great.....I just hope they don't screw up.
FF:X and FF:X-2 was okay... but their voices just didn't seem to match....It's like watching Sailor Moon in English and knowing that you hate it because the voice acting sucks but when you watched it subbed in its original...You knew that something went wrong with the english version. Hopefully when the dvd of FFVII:AC comes out, they'll offer it in both dual languages of Japanese and English:)

they should just leave the voice actors having it in your head is better you can work the characters yourself more i bet we all have different ideas of the way the characters talk

I never played KH, with the Disney Characters and #$!@.;) Japanese voices would fit the movie perfectly ( hmmmmmmm I wonder why?!?!?!??!). KH didn't seem to interest me ( at all). Is it good??? I'm tired of argueing about this movie, because for all we know it we could be wrong. What if they don't even make an English version (Better learn some Japanese then :p ). Personally, I think that guy from The Green Mile and The Scorpion King would be a much better voice for Barret (he's the guy that played Kingpin in the Daredevil movie as well, plus, he just looks like someone that could play Barret in a live action movie. A much better actor than Mr. T. IMO).

That's exactly what I thought first too: this is Tidus vs. Sephiroth. Another thing I agree on is that Tidus had the most annoying voice/character ever. If they do that to Cloud, it would suck. They should have just modified Cloud's face from FFVII instead of tainting it with Tidus's.

Mind you Clouds 23 so he would have to sound a bit like his age not like some 17 yr old punk by the name tidus (not that theres anything wrong with him)

i hate dragon ball z, a lot of the characters look like there messed up aliens with weird things on their head, like that one guy that has a noodle lookin thing on his head, and when they fight it looks like there constapated and half of the episode is just guys screaming trying to take a crap, just my opinion
