I reached chapter 5 right now and I want to get the Key to Success accessory in Tobli's office in Guadosalam. However, his office is locked? I finished Moonflow and talked to Tobli before entering and finishing Guadosalam, still locked.

Edit: Actually, are you sure you're looking at the correct office? Tobli's place is never locked. The "you're not getting into that house" place that's locked from the start, that's not Tobli's, that's where Baralai's Sphere is. Tobli's is somewhere on the right where the Hypello is standing outside.
