This is a classic in all the FF forums I've been to(Kinda suprised that it isn't here)

The rules are simple:
I'll make a quote from the game, next guy is suppose to guess who said it and when/where(though the when/where part is optional)

Example:

All right, I think nobody here really knows who said this. I'll venture a guess though: was this said by Laguna to Kiros and Ward and perhaps in the Centra / Lunatic Pandora flashback?

I suppose they said it too, but Seifer was the one I had in mind.
