This is a request for the first film's score--I didn't feel like typing out the whole title of the film in the thread's title.

Look, we've known for a really long time that there are some quite common recording sessions around (these are not what I am after), and then there's also a DVD rip (could be plural; I've only seen one). But let's not forget the edit I've done that includes several film version mixes, and DVD audio with SFX to fill in a few gaps. T

here are still a lot of cues missing that were not included on those "recording sessions"--that I also left off of my edit because the audio is too cluttered. The majority of the action music during the final battle is missing as well as several cues from early on in the film, in addition to many other minor cues sprinkled throughout.

This is not a request based off any rumors I've heard or anything that I've seen on any other websites. I'm just curious to know if somebody has something more complete than the recording sessions and would be able to help me out here. I know the request forum is an oft-overlooked portion of the Shrine, so I give thanks to anyone who can even stop by and consider my request.

Yeah, that's all there is in terms of expanded stuff. Most sites refer to that release as the "recording sessions"--same release I mentioned in my opening request. HZ.com is about the only place that has it more properly labeled as "expanded score" as (I have already pointed out) it is very far from being complete. I find it tough to understand when and where people started thinking it was the recording sessions.

Well, technically, it doesn't have "slight SFX" since it was a DVD rip that made no attempt to edit the audio and lessen the amount of SFX present (maybe a few tracks were edited a bit; I never bothered to listen to the whole thing). I have that one, but it's only labeled as being 2 CDs. I'll bet if I dug around a bit, I could find where I originally downloaded it from. I don't have those covers, though, which are fairly misleading in their classification of the material.

A much better film than 'Inception' I might add and definitely one I'll be seeing again at Christmas. Don't remember the score that much though. However, like everything else, it's just gotta be out there somewhere - you're just not in with or talking to the right people to get it at present.

Yes, complete score please and no sfx if possible. Just wondering, the missing battle music in the sessions, isn't that on the OST and couldn't the two be combined? Are the sesisons really that incomplete? I'm mostly looking for the ... God, how do I describe this? ...fairy-tale-ish music related to Narnia? You know, not specifically any action cues, but the more complete the better. The Chronological Film Score Blog has a complete list, but is it complete if I follow their instructions?

Same here, I just loved the ethereal nature of the score overall. I'll just combine the sessions with the OST.
