There was a thread already about KH2, but it had to do with Fan-Art for the cover, and didn't even talk about the game itself O_o

Anway, what do you think KH2 will be about, should they follow through with it???

Anyway, From the trailor at the end of KH, I think that it will either be about Riku trying to find his way to the "Door to the Light" so that he can finally get back to Destiny Islands...

But, the town in the trailor did look like that of an FFish kind of town... SO, I think another possibility could be much like a re-make of KH but Squaresoft going solo, cutting out the disney crap and using the worlds of FF....

In any case, the trailor never showed a disney character, so I think a disney-free sequel is a good idea all the way around, it would appeal to more people...

You're talking about the Special Secret trailer, right? I just saw that today. Definitely a lot of setup stuff for a sequel. I don't know about axing the Disney stuff. I liked it myself.

According to an FAQ at GameFAQs, apparently one of those characters in the trailer is Riku. In any case, they should definitely go through with a sequel. It was a great game, I'd sure love to see more.

In Kingdom Hearts: Final Mix, you fight a cloaked character like the one in the secret trailer, however his face is more similar to Sora's, he looked almost like a teenage Sora, then when he walks through Sora in a cutscene, Sora has all these flashbacks. This suggests that it's Sora from the future.

Also in Final Mix, is a longer Secret Trailer called "Another Side, Another Story" this shows the two cloaked characters fighting hundreds of heartless using a keyblade each (Sora look-alike starts off with dual keyblades Oblivion and Oathkeeper) then they meet up in a place that looks like "The End of the World" and talk to each other, revealing slight glimpses of their faces.

The Riku-look-alike then mentions "You look just like...him..." as Sora flys past across the water like substance in a trance like state. Then we see what seems to be a grown up Kairi on Destiny Islands.

It's all hush-hush at the moment, but these elements seem to be important, suggesting the possibility of time travel.
