What's this? A custom compilation or a re-recording?

What's this? A custom compilation or a re-recording?

It's a digital mixing of the original themes, for listening like a one only track... a 80min Symphony.

Am listening to it right now, and I think this works for me; thanks for sharing. I often play compilations while working, or in the car etc.
Just one thing... it's one long track, so I've no idea what the source is of a specific theme while it plays. Maybe next time you could divide the one track in 35 or so tracks that we can burn without any space in between, but with the track info in the right place?

Great compilation. Would like to hear suites of other composers too.

Wonderful job!

Thanks a lot! However, considering that most of Powell's works have been released by Varese Sarabande this might need to be one of those with links hidden and requiring a PM to the original poster for a link.

Thanks to all. Like you like the work.

For the ones who wants more info about the track, has the tracklist in lyrics tags. You can push your iPod, iPhone or iPad and appears the track selections. Later tomorrow, I will publish a CUE sheet for this track, for record to a CD audio in a continuous play without pauses but with the 35 tracks of the compilation. You can use this CUE in many players too without burning on a CD.

Again thanks to all

Great work on this one. Flows rather nicely. I think sometimes fans should pick and choose composer's materials for concerts. :) Once again, great job and thanks for sharing!

Thank you also for providing me with my next "music to ride to" mix... however I do feel that certain sections of this mix will be very detrimental to the points on my driving licence... ;)

I'm very much anticipating a real symphony now...John Powell touring the world... thanks a lot! ;)
Job well done, nice compilations!

I thing, I understand your choice for 1 track, being a symphony and all, but still, I'd like to skip to certain parts and see what track is on (what movie).
Classic symponies are also devided, but then into movements...may be a more thematic devision of the tracks would be nice. Just in a way that Beethoven made movements...? Or am I pushing it now? :D
