So I'm just about to go into Zanarkand and near enough everytime I attack with Tidus or Auron I'm hitting 9999. After beating the absolute shit out of photon wing creature and getting a couple of return spheres I moved Wakka back to near enough where he started and got him to learn full break. In the battle I hit full break thinking that now Tidus and Auron can do better than 9999 but their attacks stay at 9999. I have deffinitely read somewhere that full break enables you to attack higher than 9999, but it doesn't do it for me.

Is there anyway of making Full Break work so that you can attack more than 9999 or is it something else that I'm thinking off that makes you do that or have I just had a strange dream about going on the internet and reading up on Final Fantasy X?

From what I understand from what I've read about the International version, Full Break is simply a combo of all of the different "Break" moves. I'm sure it probably can go up to 99999, but to do that, you'd need to use it in conjunction with Break Damage Limit. Break Damage Limit can be found on any of the characters' Celestial weapons (best option) or you can customize it with 60 Dark Matter and I believe Nemesis in the Monster Arena drops weapons with this. But Full Break just in and of itself I don't think is going to do it.

no it doesn't, 99MP to hit power break, magic break, armour break and mental break, what a swizz, especially when most of the monster are immune to at least 2 of them. Damn that thing that comes up after you do the trials in zanarkand, four times it took me to kill him, cause I couldn't hit him with armour break so Tidus and Auron were only hitting at 5000. So where do you get the mirror thing to get all the celestial weapons?

<font color=red face="comic sans ms">Find the chocobo lady on the Calm Lands. You'll have to pass the training courses first, but they shouldn't be too difficult (but may be a little annoying). Anyway, once you can ride a chocobo, go right back to the bottom end of the Calm Lands and to the right, and you can jump down to a ledge. This leads to the secret Remiem Temple. There is also something else you can do there, but to get the mirror, first go to the left and talk to the chocobo there, then go to the right and ride that one. Race it, and as long as you get to the bottom before the other chocobo, you will get the Cloudy Mirror.

This in itself isn't enough though. Now you'll need to go back to Macalania Forest, and in what is the first screen (from the Thunder Plains end), there will be a woman and a child. Talk to them, and you'll have to look for their dad. To find him, go right for a couple of screens, and then up (to the campsite). Now go back, and the kid will have run off into the woods. He is up the shining white path. If you talk to him he will move, and you can them power up the mirror at the flower behind him. From then on, if you have any Celestial Weapons, you can go to that flower and add the abilities from any Crests and Sigils you have. Each character has a crest and a sigil, and you need both to fully customise the weapon.

Oh, yeah, that's right. It'll do all of the "Break" moves, but it still won't work if the monster is immune to them.
